Draft. These terms apply to the waitlist phase and will be extended and legally reviewed before the app launches.

1. The service

Flynder is in development. Through flynder.flights you can join the waitlist; joining does not create any rights, such as guaranteed access or a launch date.

2. Minimum age

Flynder is intended for people aged 18 and over. By signing up you confirm that you are 18+.

3. Waitlist

Signing up uses double opt-in. You can unsubscribe at any time, which removes your place on the waitlist.

4. Conduct at launch

Additional community rules will apply at launch, including at minimum: respect for all roles in aviation, no harassment, and a working blocking and reporting system. Violations can lead to removal of your account.

5. Liability

Flynder is offered as is during the development phase. We do our best to keep the site available and secure, but give no guarantees.
